When we welcome you to our 'family', we do not take that lightly. We believe in creating a business atmosphere where customers feel at home, have the opportunity to develop lifelong relationships, and know they are valued and appreciated. Our hope is that you will quickly begin to sense this commitment at our State Farm Insurance office.

Our office features three very talented and long time insurance and administrative professionals. Christie Pfahl and Kari Dunlap are licensed to assist you with your Auto, Home, Boat, Motorcycle, Classic Car, ATV and Recreational Vehicle, and Small Business Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurances. Lisa Caskey, the newest member of our team is our front line Customer Service Administrator. Nicole, our remote team is available to assist with claims, take payments, answer general questions and assist however she can. Christie and Kari have a combined 40 years of insurance experience and would love the opportunity to work with you to create your insurance plan. It is our pleasure to assist our customers with their auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, condominium, life and health insurances needs, while Lisa is always there to greet our customers with a friendly voice and smile and assist with payments, billing questions, Drive Safe and Save and other questions related to your insurance needs.

Christie has been serving State Farm customers for 25 years, the past 20 in our office! She is licensed in auto and home insurance as well as life and health insurances. She loves to assist our customers with not only their auto and home insurances, but loves to help with life insurance needs as well. Christie has been a life long resident of Erie and Huron counties and loves spending time with her husband, three children and granddaughters.

Kari has spent the past 15 years in the insurance industry and her last 6 years on our State Farm team. She is a lifelong resident of the Monroeville and Norwalk area. She enjoys assisting our customers with their auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, life and health insurance as well as their pet insurance needs. In her spare time, Kari loves spending time with her husband and children, watching and cheering their sports and dance activities.
